NOTE- American Events does ADD A 15% MARK UP to your price to cover the costs of marketing/SEO/international website/ to find these clients.
We also add another $6 million dollar of insurance to cover this event.
Our office staff creates contract, invoice, works with client, pays your invoice and sends out 1099 in January.
Thus our "commission" cover our hard cost to serve this client administratively.
Skills Required
JOLLY, pleasant demeanor with staff, event coordinators and guests.
Good communication skills in working with the client contact for PRE-EVENT discussion.
Willingness to communicate with American Events - read EVENT "ASSIGNMENT" information and contact Susen with any questions in a timely manner prior to event.
PUNCTUAL - Special parking will be provided. Santa is asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before his start time to get ready and be escorted to his photo area.
Pleasant reception of visitors of all ages.
SMILES in photos with guests of all ages.
Ability to complete a 4 hour shift (with emergency restroom breaks IF needed)
Possibility of STROLLING through the festival area near to the Santa setting to greet and cheer guests.
Ability to work with Elves and photographer managing the Santa line and taking photos.
Willingness to fill out a SHORT EVENT RECAP online following the event.
Submit an ONLINE ELECTRONIC INVOICE on the Performer's Home Page dashboard under INVOICING for swift payment to performer.
